trans | (no subject)

Long story short, someone posted pictures of the wedding of Harisu (Korean M2F singer?) in one community (OhNoTheyDidn't) and while a lot of people there were positive and respectful in their comments, a few others displayed their amazing bigotry and prejudice. The ridiculousness of some of those comments earned a post-link on another community (Stupid_Free). I thought I'd just post a link to the S_F entry because it was nice to see such positivity there - despite being a comm dedicated to unearthing stupidity in other LJ comm's, sometimes the stupid gets busted out there as well. Nice to see such respect in a forum not specifically designed for "us." Also has a great little discussion of the word Birl.
