trans | Question on employment...

I am currently looking for a new job as of now I am not fulltime. Generally speaking I keep a relatively androgynous male appearance when it comes to my employment. At some point here in the future I hope to start living fulltime as a woman and I am curious of others experiences with there current or former employers. What I would mainly like to know is how employers handled individuals during interviews and hiring if any of you disclosed being trans during interviews or after the fact and the employers reactions to what you disclosed. I am just not really sure as to what to expect in this regard. Also have any of you noticed certain job fields being more sympathetic to trans individuals. Thanks in advance.
