trans | (no subject)

So, when I last saw my psychologist in July and discussed my moving from Calgary to Vancouver with him, he suggested I try taking an anti-depressant/inhibitor called Effexor. Anyway, I had this whole "I don't need meds" mentality about dealing with things because I usually like to try and work on issues by myself, however, I realised I could use the extra help when I sat in on a class for the school I'm going to be going to starting next month and I FREAKED out inside. Like, I couldn't stop hugging my bag because I was scared of the people around me haha. So I just wanted to know if anyone here had any experiences with it, and maybe if they could tell me the general pricing of it, cause I just spent $114 for a month's worth of estrogen and I'm not keen on spending $200 a month at the pharmacy. I know one person who was like me and took something similar and it did wonders for them so I'm just going to at least investigate it further. Thanks everyone.
