trans | health resources

Anyone know of any good trans health resources, related to anything and everything? Could be effects of hormones, surgery, insurance, therapy, STIs, relationships - just to list a few examples.

Post anything that you think is important. I'm trying to put something together about trans health, and could use all the help and resources I can get. This is very broad, so reply with whatever you think might fit under trans health.
