Bulk on T

I was looking on the community startingt and got all nostalgic.

But I have a question. Does one's shirt size go up appreciably once one gains the muscle and has the fat redistribution?

I'm wondering since I'm pretty small (XS from the Gap, S from Land's End), but I know that I have a lot of room for growth.

That's the optimistic way of saying it :)
