the day arrives

seven and a half hours until my name change hearing... and i'm getting a little antsy...

and
as a random side note, does anyone here who has changed their name know
what to do if you are given a check in your old name? like, can you
still deposit it? hmmmm.... i was just thinking about this, because i
can see situations in my life where someone might use my old name on a
check.
