To transition or not to transition, that is the question...

Is there anyone on this group who has GD and has decided not to transition (Or at least, not yet) and wouldn't mind chatting to me about their reasons? (Any reasons at all, ranging from "My GD isn't that bad" through "I can cope with it via therapy" or "I'd love to but other things in my life prevent me from doing so")

I have GD, obviously, and I'm very seriously contemplating transition for reasons I can't fully and rationally explain - it ultimately just comes down to "This is something I must do, or I will not be happy with myself". However, I'm very aware of the fact that most opinions I get on the topic will be from those who have or are transitioning, as anyone in transition is more likely to be in various online or real life support groups. As a result I'm more likely to get the "transition is right for me" opinions and I'm hoping I'm not letting myself be lead by that. (I don't think I am, but I'm naturally a very cautious person)

(The alternative hypothesis of course is that everyone that has GD to the extent I do ends up transitioning, which is the impression I'm starting to get, probably falsely)

Thanks in advance...
