trans | MtF looking for supert? advice? not sure

I have read that there is a huge instance of suicide amung trans teens and young adults. Sometimes my physical condition is so uncomfortalbe I think I should be one of those statistics. I honestly have trouble dealin with the physical discomfort a lot of the time. Talking has gotten the the point that it does not help much anymore. MY awesome therapist is trying to find ways to deal with it but she can not do everything. Being poor, on disability, and with few prospects I feel very not at ease sometimes. Not sure why I am posting it here but maybe I can get some advice or something I am not really sure. IT has little to do with my gender all to do with the massive discomfort my mismatched parts bring me.
