Clarity.
I just found out what's keeping my parents so smug.
Yeah, they read the book, and they've decided 2 things:
1) As my past doesn't match any of the anecdotes in the book they've decided that I can't possibly actually be trans.
2) As the book states people with heart conditions can't take oestrogen or have elective surgeries, I'm not going to be able to transition anyway.
I gave them a source of knowledge to help them understand and they've turned it into a weapon against me.
Fuck.
