.... the lighter side of life - dodo, dodo dodo dodo
yeah, yeah, I know, it's really the brighter side of life
but this is my little happy happy joy joy world and I can remix whatever i want.
Getting down to business - how about some terminology changes that truly reflect the situations:
1. Transgender
- how about GenderPedestrian because it really is a slow walk
2. Transexual - no way, i hate that term, it sounds too porno to me
- how about for us MTF's on pre-op HRT SlamSexual in that our sex lives and drives have been slammed againt the wall and stomped all over yielding unpredictable results.
3. Gender Identity Therapy - uh huh, sure
- how about SurrogateFriendship - come on in most other societies when you have a problem you discuss it with close friends and solve it, only here do we feel the need to discuss things with strangers and pay them for it. When you pay for sex it's prostitution, you pay someone to carry your baby is surrogate motherhood but when you pay for something just as personal, albeit verbal it's called therapy. Hmmm is there something wrong with this picture.
