Introduction to SGO

I wrote this for my own personal amusement, but I'm thinking about distributing it through my college's LGBT center for their upcoming Transgender Week:

I want as much input as possible, so that the definitions are as accurate as they can be. I'll take any suggestions for changes, clarifications, additional terms, or whatever.
