trans | (no subject)

I was all ready to send a Christmas card with Nordstrom gift card to my daughter. She and my soon to be ex wife abruptly left and the divorce process has been beyond ugly. I asked on the community and just about everyone said send her a card and a present. So I had it all ready with a very nice letter that just told her about part of my life. So I just asked to get an address that I could persoanally send this without having the ass hole attorney opening the mail and looking.

Well no go ... the only way was to send it through the attorney and then have him call and see if they wanted it sent. To me this is an outrage.

So yeah I am going to send it but also include a letter telling her that this is the last letter if I have to jump through hoops and have it so impersonal.
