Ever since I started Spironolactone a few weeks ago (50 mg twice daily) I have been unquenchably thirsty.
Now I know that it's a diuretic, and that I should be drinking plenty of water or else it will dehydrate me.
But it seems that the amount of water I am drinking is a ridiculous amount!! ...and yet my skin is still drying out tremendously.
Anybody have any similar situations?
