More resources on the web and IRC

(x-posted to intersexed and androgynes as well)

Greetings everyone! I know a lot of us seek to find a sense of community with other IS/TG/Androgyne people, which is why we're all here, right? Well, a friend of me recently pointed me to Susans TG Resources page, which has a plethora of resources, as well as an IRC chat! Yes, that's right, a place where we all can go hang out in a safe environment and talk about our unique perspectives on life. What's more, they have chat channels for TS, IS, Androgynes, CD, and Chat in general.

I know it is scary to jump into those sorts of things; I was initially petrified. But I've spent some time there and found that the people are really genuine, and are really focused on making it a safe place to connect with others who have similar experiences and where we can support each other interactively.

If any of you are looking for this kind of support and interaction, I recommend checking out Susan's page at http://www.susans.org/ and get to meet some of the people. See for yourself! There are many channels who are looking for more people to meet/connect with. The IS channel is moderately new, but is really looking for some more members to share experiences, commune with and support each other through, as are the others; and there is a place for just about everyone.

Don't forget to look through the forums, too; there is a lot of good information in them, and some good people. you can find the website at http://www.susans.org and take it from there. ^^

Good luck, everyone!
