Meeting with the big bosses....

I recently got hired on at a major tech company (a Forbes Top 50 company). Of course one of the biggest reasons I tried so hard to get the job is they have great equality policies in place (though they don't pay for the big things like HRT, and surgeries). Well, of course I got in touch with the pride group at my company and discussed the fact that I'm MTF and planning on transitioning at work. Next thing you know several of the major players at my facility are emailing me and communicating with me. Next Monday, the Ombudsperson is taking time to schedule me for an appointment. The Ombudsperson just also happens to be a lesbian, and helped write the GLBT policy for my company. This Ombudsperson also only has three higher bosses, the head Ombudsperson, the V.P. of Human Resources and the CEO. So I'm getting to have a sit down lunch meeting with one of the highest ranking people in an 80 thousand person Top 50 company...that she wants to schedule! This woman also happens to know Donna Rose personally. Yes, that Donna Rose, the one who goes in and helps write corporate GLBT policies and is a major corporate consultant.
So yeah...I've only worked with this company for three weeks, and I'm already probably an e-mail in the CEO's personal inbox (the CEO founded the company). I'm not complaining of course, this company hired a transwoman as one of their V.P.'s for a few years. It's just that now I have some of the most powerful people in the company, as well as the industry, bending their ears to come and listen to what I have to say and what to ask.
Wow, and all I wanted was to wear a skirt to work...

But, this gives me a great opportunity to pick thier brains, and pass on some serious concerns that I have. There are so many questions I want to ask, that I cant think of them all.
I was wondering if maybe I could get a little help from the community on questions to ask her, and maybe things to bring up...
So here I am

crossposted a lot....
