trans | New to the Group

I am new to this group. I am actually new Live journal. I am MtF pre-opt. I am a cat lover, my journal on line is related to my journey with my cat and my life as transgender. I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We have a province wide yahoo group, two groups that meet three times a month, and a social event-brunch at a local restaurant on one Sunday a month.
I have been a part of the group as well a moderator in the group meetings.
I currently have been struggling with being older and being accepted as a woman by others. I would love to find a male partner who accepts me for who I am.
I love to make friends and trying to help people out. I hope to build some good friends in this group.
