Underworks binders

Hi,

I'm considering ordering an Underworks binder. I'm trying to decide between the tri top & the double front. Is there any difference in the way they bind? Is one a better first binder? Are they long enough to wear like a wifebeater? And I looked at their how to size guide...I'm a 36C and they said to try a small...that seems a bit too small to me? Do you think that a small will be too small for me & cause breathing problems? I also have some back pain & was wondering if the binders would help by giving support or make me more uncomfortable?
