White Privilege in the GLBTQA community

I want to generate discussion around white privilege in the transgender, bisexual, lesbian, gay, queer, and ally community. So I started a community mostly for white glbtq folks to work on their shit, but I certainly welcome input from people of color. Please read the guidelines before you join.
