trans | I need your HELP!

Hey guys, gals, bois, grrls, etc etc

I'm doing a study concerning alternative sex/gender and the law. Just a little background info on me: I'm a transgendered butch lesbian and a criminal justice student hoping to make a difference in the world of law enforcement.
As far as I know, a study such as this has never been done, and I would love your help in answering these questions. If you don't feel comfortable, then don't answer. SURVEY:

1. How do you define yourself in terms of gender, sex, and/or sexuality? (Please, do not feel confined to labels, expand as much as you feel necessary: butch, femme, transgendered, transsexual, genderqueer, etc.)

2. Do you feel your expression of gender and/or sex is protected by law? Is that law enforced?

3. Have you ever been arrested? If so, under what offense were you convicted?

4. If you answered "yes" to the previous question, do you feel you gender/sexual expression was a factor in your arrest?
