---So how did this all start and how did you end up here?
I kind of knew for a very long time i just didn't really know the terminology. First, I called myself lesbian, then drag king, then genderqueer... but none fit me. I'm really a guy.

---What is your plan to transition?
There's a fantastic trans center near where I am going to school, so I plan to get a therapist and work that out. But I'd like to go on hormones and possibly get top surgery.

---Are you aware that many transsexuals never live a "normal" female life and end up involved with other trans people and in the trans community for the duration of their lives?
I'm not a female. But I think that trans people can live perfectly normal, happy lives.

---If you pass perfectly in 3 years, will you tell others about your past?
If it's needed, like at an educational talk or something. Otherwise, naw.

---Why do you want to transition?
I'm not happy in my female body. I feel small and weak, etc.

---What is your sexual orientation and how does your changing your gender affect that?
I'm attracted to a lot of different types of people. Changing my gender means that I'm not a lesbian.

---What will you do about employment? Do you plan to transition at work?
I'm not sure. I'm a student in college, so....

---Are out to your friends and family? How are they reacting to your decision?
I'm not out to my family, but I've told a couple of people at the college I will be going to and they support me.

---What is your goal? After you go full-time will you pursue other surgeries?
Uh, to become a writer/counselor.... what do you mean by this question?
