Spiro and Drug Test?

I'm (still) at the outset of my transitioning, and I was unclear as to whether or not spironolactone and estrogen show up on a standard drug test for employment. I was laid off in April and stopped taking the spiro a couple of weeks ago when I realized it might mess up my chances at a job if it shows up. I would assume that they don't, since the tests are meant to look for the illegal kind of drugs, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. Thank you!
