First wig today... a landmark..well feels like one

Until now I have presented myself as an androgynous male....The proverbial ."Is it a man or a woman ?" look....ok perhaps like a wannabe Transsexual ...probably in fact....

but today wore my first female wig...black and burgundy...and you know what? Looks really good....the dark hair suits my dark complexion...as do dark clothing..the slightly below shoulder length wig also lessened the impact of my chin and jawline...ok still a pain..but less so....

While I probably still would be unlikely to pass as female in most situations....I'm not sure if it is really that important...think I looked -well-...and most importantly felt self respect...
