Some issues I could use some help with

Hello all,

I just put a couple of issues that I had in my journal and wanted to post it here as well to see if anyone might be able to help me.



First off, I am having a very bad rash around my genital areas and was wondering if it is due to my shaving and the extreme heat that I am going through with the weather. Someone mentioned something about having cotton panties during the summer, but before I spend my money on it, I wanted to double check to make certain that will fix the problem.

Also, in terms of shaving, I am sort of getting tired of dealing with it on a constant basis and was wondering if it is worth it to get an electric epilator. I have been shopping around and think that I have narrowed it down to a couple of good ones, but I want to know anybodies experience with using them. It all comes down to money right now because I am just starting and don't want to exceed my budget because there is a LOT that I still need.
