T question dose?

I know that testosterone can turn in to estrogen if you have too much, but at what point does it turn back to estrogen?  Prob there isn't a set dosage but just wanted some input.  Since 200 ever other week is the standard dose, it shouldn't turn to estrogen then, but what if you took 400 ever other week?  Would that turn to estrogen?  I'm not planning on doing this, my friend is just into bodybuilding and we were wondering about this.  Thanks for any feedback.
