transThe 11th International TDoR is Friday, Nov. 20th.
I'm writing on behalf of Ethan St.Pierre, who maintains the transgenderdor.org website. He has for several years now compiled the statistics of transgender violence and has had the very sad task of searching out the names and circumstances of those who are taken from us each year. If you are organizing a vigil in your community or know of one that is being planned, please email Ethan (his email is listed on the website) so that he may include it on the list of all vigils being held.
If you are in the Boston area, we especially welcome more help in planning. Our next meeting is scheduled for Wed. Oct. 14th, 6pm at Cambridge Cares About AIDS.
