University of Michigan gender clinic?

Anyone have experience with the University of Michigan Health System Comprehensive Gender Services Program in Ann Arbor, MI? I'm FTM and looking for a clinic that works under an informed consent model (i.e., one that doesn't require therapist's letter) to start hormones and wondered if this place would be an option.

BTW, I live near Cleveland, so it would a bit of travel--though not nearly as far as some of the other clinics I'm considering--and I'd like to have the process done within 1-2 appointments.

Any input is appreciated.
