I am MtoF and have been on hrt for 3 and a half years.
I live in Vallejo California and have recently gotten medical coverage through Kaiser Permanente, which I had lost medical coverage for 2 years because of a disability and had been going to the Tom Waddell TG clinic in San Francisco during the time that I had no Kaiser coverage.
Recently I have been assigned an endocrinologist at the Vallejo Kaiser who has decided that my estrogen levels are way too high. She wrote me saying: "My goal with your hormone therapy is to achieve serum testosterone levels in the female range (< 55) and serum estradiol levels that do not exceed peak physiology range for young healthy women (< 200 pg/ml)."
When my estrogen levels were tested by my new endo they were a little above 2000 pg/ml, and so 3 months ago reduced my Estradiol Valerate IM prescription down from 1ml of 40mg/ml(which I have been prescribed for well over two years) to a 1ml injection every two weeks, and now has reduced my prescription down to .5ml every two weeks.

This is totally unacceptable to me.
can anyone here suggest a different dr that is accepting TG patients? I am willing to travel as far as i need to to find one who I can wok with.

Thank You,
Jennie
