transI was wondering if anyone knows exactly how to go about changing your name and gender on your BC, IDs, S.S, DL...etc. etc.
I live close to Albany, NY.
So if anyone lives around there could they pass me some info on it.
I was also wondering how much it might cost too and how long it could take.
