MtF Transition Guide for Doctors?

transI LOVE LOVE LOVE the Nick Gorton Medical Therapy etc for transgender men book.
It's accessible to a general audience, but it's also VERY useful to doctors.
Is there ANYTHING like this available for MtF Medical professionals? I'm seeing a new NP on the 9th and if I can give her both then it'd be great. She supposedly already sees trans patients, but I'm going to try and get them to start doing hormone replacement therapy for trans folks.
