Name Change in MI

  Hey guys, I'm filling out my form to legally change my name in Michigan and there's a spot that says "The name change is for the following reason..." I'm wondering what I should put there as my reason. I don't want to put "I'm switching my gender from female to male and I would like my name to reflect that" if that's not what they want to hear.

I'm wondering what you guys put for this portion of the form. Thanks in advance.
