i'm new to this community, so please forgive me if my question has been discussed before. the professionals i have encountered tend to give their very biased opinions about which method has more (or any!) merit. if i am to believe the negative propaganda of each, then i should do neither!
so ... what i'm looking for is the personal experience of others to help me decide. can anyone help me out here, please?
