Our roommate of 1.5 years is leaving to travel the world ; (so we need a new roommate.; >
You will be living with two queers. One is a vegatarian, mid- thirties, trans, punk, poly, kinky, computer programmer who rides her bike everywhere. The other is an omnivorous, late twenties genderqueer, poly, kinky girl who works from home and like to walk everywhere. We both go out to lots of events and home is a pretty chill space. We don't get tweaked about stuff and can communicate about most everything.
Main aspects of the apartment:
- 3-bedroom apartment in victorian duplex
- Your room is roughly 12'x12', sunny, big windows, closet
- 12-14 foot ceiling throughout the house, hardwood floors
- Furnished common room, common deck-could be a nice deck garden
- Gas stove, big fun tub, high-speed and wireless Internet available
- Potrero hill location
- Lots of safe non-metered parking on the street
- On #22 bus line, two blocks from #19 and #10 bus lines
- Close to restaurants/bars/laundrymats
- Walking distance to Trader Joe's and Rainbow market
You are who you are but things we would is someone who is
-open minded about poly, trans, queer, kinky people even if you aren't any of the above
- Clean and conscious of cleanliness
- Mature, responsible, and respectful of others and their stuff
- Able to communicate
- Able to pay rent on time
- Non-smoker
- Not a heavy drug user or drinker (no 420 in the house because of allergies)
- No pets (sorry...)
Queers, trans folks, Burningman folks, geeks of all kinds (games, computer, literature, etc...), freaks/punks/activists are encouraged to respond!
Rent is currently $625 a month with a $800 deposit. Utilities include PG&E, garbage, cable TV (if you want it), high-speed and wireless Internet (if you want it), and cost around $35-$65 a month.
