i URGE you guys who are disgusted by jerry falwell's comments about lesbians, gays, pagans, aclu etc to call your local networks and request them to discuss this issue more on the news. i called abc news at 212-456-1000 and asked for the abc newsroom extension. i simply left them a message detailing my disgust with jerry falwell and my desire for them to discuss his bigotry on television more in depth. i went on to say that at a time like this there is no need or reason to pull apart americans when we should all feel included in the effort and we cannot ignore him much like we cant ignore mindless harassments of arab-americans. so please call. i think i'll call them again tomorrow and keep leaving messages.
