I was having a discussion with someone today about gender vs sex.
I understand there are 2 sexes (male, female) and 6 genders:
(male, female, trans, indeterminate, neuter, both. )

on sexes wouldn't a "neutered person" be a third?

on genders can someone give me more definition of and how the following differ:
trans (transgender, does this refer to body brain mismatch mf/fm if so, why not just m or f)
neuter (how is this different from indeterminate)
indeterminate
both (how does this defer from trans?)
