gender-less?

umm...i know this is a rather strange question but i was kinda wondering if its possible to just have all genitalia removed and still change your gender (legalwise) to the desired gender? cause i kinda classify myself as aesexual...but even if i was somethign else i'm not exactly interested in sexual interourse. ^^;
