transmy endo has me on 2mg of estridol but said spiro doesn't really help that much. I just nodded and said okay as he knows what he is talking about I would think. I notice here that people talk a lot about also needign a testosterone suppresant like spiro. Is it that important? Will I be doing okay without it?
