Jul. 1st, 2005 03:15 pmfor my stats class, i'm supposed to do a data set with made-up data, but i'd prefer to have a real idea of what i'm doing. SO! if you could leave an anonymous (i won't be logging ips for this) comment with the answers to my questions, i'd be thrilled! i need at least 25 people's responses.
sex (if transgendered, please state)
age
sexuality (heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual)
location (southeast, southwest, northeast, northwest, midwest)
religion (please indicate specific denominations)
education level (hs diploma, some college, bachelor's degree, graduate degree, vocational/tech school, etc)
on a scale of 1-10 (1 = v. unhostile, 10 = v. hostile), how do you perceive local attitudes towards homosexuals (this includes the entire GLBT (gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgendered) community?
on a scale of 1-10 (1 = v. unhostile, 10 = v. hostile), how do you perceive national attitudes towards homosexuals?
on a scale of 1-10, (1 = v. unaccepting, 10 = v. accepting) how accepting are you of homosexuals?
on a scale of 1-10, (1 = v. unaccepting, 10 = v. accepting) how accepting is your family of homosexuals?

i think that should be it. if you have any comments that you feel are necessary for me to understand your responses, please include them.
