The context of your post is of CX as a place designed to help people (at least the ones who jump its hoops) to transition, albeit on a timetable and in a way that can be frustrating. And that's been the context for everyone I know who's had anything to do with it. But is always that the case? Does a referral there necessarily imply that your ultimate aim is transition, or does it have a wider remit?
