transHey there my name is Cricket. I'm new to the community. I'm a 23 year old dyke who identifies as genderqueer despite my femme-ish physical appearance (which I kind of detest considering it doesn't at all match my personality and attitude, which is very butch). I am a Communications; Journalism major and I am interested in writing about gender theory and human sexuality.
I am writing a paper for my writing class in school and the topic I have chosen is transitioning in the workplace.
I was hoping that some people could share their experiences (both positive and negative) with this with me so I have accurate actual non-text/internet source research for my paper.
Real people + Real experience = Real research
I want my paper to have emotional aspect to it and not just cold hard fact.
Whatever you are comfortable sharing with me would be wonderful. I want my paper to be well-rounded and fairly broad.
