What do you do?

What do you do when you can't pass? Can't shave or wear makeup because your skin is too sensitive? Can't afford electrolysis, or hormones, or surgery? What do you do when you've got an ugly, fat body that's so male that any attempt at passing would be absurd? What do you do when every time you think about yourself, it's as a woman, but every time you look in a mirror, you see how impossible that is to be? What do you do?
