Some developments and some questions

transFirst and foremost, for those who don't know, if I am anything ,it is(or will be, rather) MtF. So, that's out of the way
I haven't begun physical transition at all. I've got the bod I was born with. Anyway...
If you read my previous post here, you'll see that I'm having troubles sexually. I don't know whether I want to masterbate like a 'man' or whether I should try it like a woman. I've always wondered about what having a vagina would be like, but I've never been ready to loose my current bits. ANYWAY.. my question is: have any pre-op MtF's tried rubbing rather than stroking successfully, perhaps even to orgasm? If so, how did you manage? I've tried and it's difficult as, well, let's just say certain things move around too much.
