I'm curious if anyone here has ever had any experience with a food related allergy that didn't exist pre-HRT? Simply put, I'm trying to narrow down the reasons for my recent odd physical conditions, and I'm trying to narrow down the possible causes. Current symptoms are body temperature spikes with accompanying nausea. The other main thing that MAY be triggering this is the painkillers, though correlation there seems low as I'm on a constant dose transdermal, and the symptoms spike erratically. But there does seem to be some possbility that the symptoms are actually related to my diet, specifically to a possible reaction to tomatoes and tomato based products. I clicked this after getting a sharp symptom spike a bit after having a V8, which later tamed down, but then for dinner had spaghetti with tomato based sauce, and there was another sharp spike shortly after that.

I'm currently on:
100mg Prometrium, Oral, 2x daily
1mg Estradiol daily, Oral, 1 daily
200mg Spironolactone, Oral, 2x daily
145mg Tricor, Oral, 1 daily
50mcg Fentanyl, Transdermal, 72 hour duration

Last bloodwork:
Estradiol at 41 pg/mL
FSH 1.3 mlU/mL
Prolactin 13.3 ng/mL
TSH 1.55 ulU/mL
Testosterone, Free, Total:
Testosterone, Total 181 ng/dL % Free Testosterone 2.42.
Testosterone, Free 43.7 pg/mL

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
