transHRC has released "Workplace Gender Transition Guidelines for Transgender Employees, Managers, and Human Resource Professionals". I'm interested to hear what other folks think of this. I see a few problematic things about it, but also a lot of really good ones, and I'm glad to see HRC at least tryingM/i> to be on board with trans issues.
