Boston Trans Day of Rem Planning Mtg
Sep. 7th, 2006 10:07 amPlease forward widely!
Hello All,
The first official planning meeting for Trans Day of Remembrance 2006 is Sunday September 24 at 3pm at AIDS Action. We'll start planning for 7th annual Boston TDOR, which falls on Sunday November 19th this year. This is a community planned event, so please come help. No prior event planning experience needed.
If you're interested in be involved with who's on the program, where the event is located, advertising, and/or any aspect of this fabulous event, please come out. Last year we had 200+ people, and this year we're hoping to make it even bigger.
AIDS Action Location:
We're where School St runs into Washington St., X from Borders Books, Downtown Crossing or Financial District, depending on your Boston roots. 5th floor.
Doorbell (same dark brown as the paint around it - brilliant thinking - is at upper right at 6 feet or so on the right, on the wood around the glass doors.)
Usually, they're late though, but if doors are locked you buzz, they let you in, come to 5th floor.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at evanflux@yahoo.com
cheers,
evan hempel
