transWell, I'm new here. Sort of. I've been around for a long time. Mostly I've just kept myself isolated and maybe read other people's posts. Well... after a lot of life changes, I've decided that I'm not going to fall into that isolation and apathy trap. So. Here I am. Hrm. Brief intro, I suppose.
Male to female transsexual that's known what she is and had a name for it for... seven, eight years now. Twenty-two now. Finally getting started with a solid timeline of when I'm going to be living fulltime and when I'm going to have the surgery, assuming I can meet my savings goals. Not as ambitious as some, in that I want to be full time in 18 months and post-op by my twenty-fifth birthday, but more ambitious than quite a few I've met.
So, I guess that's the most relevant part. Or maybe not! I'm in Richmond, VA. I think I've found a very good counselor, anyone have any recommendations or disrecommendations for Richmond, VA counselors that handle GLBT issues?
