Body forms

Hey all! Does anybody have any advice regarding making your own body forms. Im wondering whatis the best way to make realistic breast forms and hip pads without having to buy actual body shapewear. Does anybody havea any secrets they can share? I've heard about using water filled condoms, does that work? Also what do you guys reccomend for beauty creams? Thanx a bunch!
