transHey :) i recently joined this community because i'm doing a huge project on transgendered and transsexual people. i'd like to interview a transgendered and/or transsexual person. this interview can be done online, and you can remain anonymous if you'd like. this is not JUST for the project, because ever since i got into it, i've been fascinated with the topic. i'd really love to learn more about it and the experiences you went through. any volunteers? i'd appreciate it so much. thank you!
EDIT: no, i am not at all a troll. i don't blame you for being skeptical of my intentions, but here are the details! i am a senior at California School for the Deaf, Fremont. yeah, i'm deaf (not that it's relevant in any way). every year, the entire senior class get together for this huge project called slice of life. we are paired up with random people, and we have to do heavy research on three categories: ethnicity, religion, and sexual orientation. my group and i chose to research on TG/TS. basically, the goal of this project is not just to "learn about different stuff" but to educate the school on diversity. i love the idea of this project, even though it's a buttload of work, because it introduces reality to my classmates and i.
