Nipple discharge/lactation

Is it unheard of for XY-born people taking spiro and estradiol to lactate? When I take my breastforms off lately, there's crust on my nipple. Then I squeezed my areolas and I lactated.
I called and saw my doctor about this. He did a breast exam and said there were no lumps. He said this isn't normal and he sent me for another prolactin test, which is the hormone that indicates prolactinoma or something, that pituitary gland cancer.
So do any MTF-spectrum folks here on HRT have this? (Or have had this?) Is it really a cause for concern? Cuz I feel like I've heard from transwomyn who have experienced this. Let me know your experiences, please, because I'm anxious since my doctor said I should see an endo for a breast exam, and I can't schedule an appointment till I get my work schedule next week.
