Intro and question
Jul. 1st, 2007 08:03 pmHello...
First off let me introduce myself.
My name is Shay I am in Southwest Washington and have several online as well as in-person TG friends... and I have asked the following question of them and they have been unsuccessful at answering it...
Here is what I want to know...
While talking to one of my TG friends about the driver's license issue they were having. (The state she is in won't allow her to be a her on her driver's license.)
So I asked rhetorically of course...
If some one is born as a hermaphrodite what sex appears on the birth certificate and later in life if they have not been "corrected"???
This we could not answer... and now I really want to know.
I find it quite interesting and really would like an answer. for my own curiosity as well as for educational reasons.
I mean if someone goes to court and can legally change their name and sexual preference how does it work when they were born with both?
I probably am coming of uneducated and stupid but I can't find another venue to ask this question.
Thanks,
Shay
