HRT and Piercings...

This is a bit of an odd question... I've been making huge strides in self-acceptance and I'm looking seriously at HRT now -- I'm curious:

I have piercings through both nipples... between the tenderness associated with HRT and... geometrical changes.. do I have anything to worry about? Should I take them out before starting HRT?

I figure "no," but I thought it was better safe to ask.
